Join us to experience Ronchi di Cialla’s Schioppettino. This producer is credited with reviving this indigenous Italian grape from the brink of extinction. The wine is a fabulous food companion, complementing everything from our citrusy Caesar and Scarpinocc to rustic Bolognese and Veal Parmesan. It boasts flavors of robust dried red cherry, macerated blackberries and pulverized white pepper. It is a rare wine and for one night only, it will be available by the glass in limited quantities!
